The Connected Care 4 Canadians campaign (formerly Renew 72) is an initiative coordinated by Networked Health.

Networked Health is a collective of cooperative chapters, partners and members that chose to unite in a shared effort to foster principle-based health data governance, policy, regulation, workflow, and technology excellence in Canada with the goal of promoting quality health programs and services.

Networked Health employs the Collective Impact model  as a structured approach to solve health data shortfalls in Canada by bringing together diverse organizations and individuals to work towards a common agenda.
